The Return of Christ

6.27.09 - Roswell GA Team

There is such a precious fellowship in the body of Christ with you have unity amongst diversity. That is what this last week has been as CMA hosted a church team from Roswell Georgia.

The team was made up from church members ranging from 13 - 62, from a myrid of backgrounds and testimonies for how the Lord has sought them out and brought them on their journey to spend a week with us.

I got to have some very meaningful conversations with my new friends Mike and Bailey Browne as they are primed for full time ministry and seeking where the Lord would have them invest their lives. The Mission of God is always near and dear to my heart but I am most grateful for those times when I get to talk openly about what has so motivated my life - that's what I got with Mike this week.

The team worked two main project areas, renivating the clinic here in town and helping bridge some relationships down south with a church that holds some potiental future students of the Training Center. They knocked out a condemned awning on the clinic and prepped the site for the next team to work on, and then they installed the pine ceiling in the chruch down south with much nailing, bending, sweat, and team-work.

We had an excellent time with Roswell, but most of all we look forward to the partnership that will develop between CMA and this church. This was the first team from this church to come to the Center and we look with anticipation for all those future teams.
